Check out the fleet online or just message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your date, time, and how many people are coming. We'll send you available options with real photos and total prices instantly.

2. Add Extras & Book

Want food, drinks, or a DJ? Add them now. Once you are happy with the plan, pay a 50% deposit via our secure link to hold the boat. We'll need a few ID details for the passenger list.

3. Arrive & Enjoy

You'll get a confirmation voucher with a map pin and captain's number. On the day, just show up 15 minutes early, meet the crew, and set sail. We handle the rest.

Once booked, you get a voucher with all the details. If the Coast Guard stops us sailing due to weather, you get a full refund or a reschedule. VAT is applicable.

Your safety is the priority. We keep a close eye on Coast Guard alerts. If the sea is too rough, we will either reschedule your trip for free within a year or refund your deposit entirely. For minor weather issues, the captain might just adjust the route to calmer waters.

Absolutely, feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages. Alcohol is allowed, but please drink responsibly as per UAE laws. We supply ice and coolers. Just a heads-up: red wine isn't allowed due to staining risks. We can also arrange catering if you prefer.

Yes, provided you book a daylight trip of at least 4 hours. The captain will stop in a safe, designated anchorage. We have life jackets for everyone. Just keep in mind that swimming depends on sea conditions at the time.

You can cancel for free and get your deposit back up to 48 hours before the trip. If you cancel within that 48-hour window, the payment is non-refundable. Special dates like New Year's Eve might have stricter rules, which we'll tell you about before booking.

Kids are very welcome on board. We have child-sized life jackets ready. Just let us know their ages beforehand so the crew can prepare. We usually suggest morning or afternoon trips for families, and the crew will help keep everyone safe.

Departures are usually from Dubai Marina or the Harbour. We will send you a precise Google Maps location and parking details 24 hours before you sail. If you need a ride, we can organize a private transfer. Aim to arrive about 15 minutes early.
