Vela Crest Charter Terms

To secure your chosen vessel and departure time, a 30% deposit is required. We do not hold calendar dates without this payment. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure. Our hourly rates range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED depending on the selected craft, with a minimum charter duration of 2 hours. All quoted rates fully incorporate VAT. Every booking includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, towels, life jackets, soft drinks, and ice. Additional services like catering, water sports, or transfers can be arranged on request via WhatsApp.

Every charter with Vela Crest includes comprehensive insurance coverage for the vessel, crew, and all guests on board. Our fleet is operated exclusively by professionally licensed captains and experienced crew members responsible for safe navigation out of Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Standard safety gear, including life jackets, is supplied on every craft. Optional activities arranged on request, such as jet skis, flyboards, or banana rides, are conducted under crew supervision to maintain strict safety standards for all guests up to the vessel's licensed capacity.

If adverse weather conditions make sailing unsafe or impossible, you retain full control over the solution. In such events, we agree a new date directly in the WhatsApp chat, or you may choose to receive a full refund of your payment. We aim to respond to all rescheduling inquiries within 15 minutes during our daily operating hours of 9:00 to 23:00 GST. Outside of weather-related cancellations agreed in the chat, secured dates remain subject to our standard booking confirmation rules once the 30% deposit has been paid.

We welcome up to 90 guests depending on the maximum capacity of your chosen boat. Guests are free to bring their own food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, without paying any corkage fees. Alternatively, we can arrange custom catering, BBQ menus, and full bar service upon request. No passport or physical ID is required to board our vessels. Towels, ice, soft drinks, and standard life jackets are provided on board for all guests. All onboard activities must respect the guidance of the captain to ensure safety throughout the trip.
